PER CURIAM Judy A. Buenoano was convicted in Orange County, Florida of first degree murder and sentenced to death for killing her husband, James E. Goodyear. This appeal is from the district court's denial of relief on her first 28 U.S.C. Γ§ 2254 petition for a writ of habeas corpus. In a prior opinion, we vacated in part the district court's denial of relief and remanded the case for a limited evidentiary hearing, retaining jurisdiction over the appeal. Buenoano v. Singletary, 963 F.2d 1433, 1434 (11th Cir. 1992). Following the evidentiary hearing, the district court again denied relief, and Buenoano appeals. We affirm.
